ExhibitionsExhibitions International, a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization in New York City, organized outstanding museum exhibitions on decorative arts, design and architecture. Their Board of Directors and Advisory Council included important museum professionals and art world figures.
To prepare for their exhibitions, they work closely with leading scholar-curators to break new ground and to present the fruit of new research. Their focus on the decorative arts and design is deliberate. These areas have been historically underserved by art museums, and exhibitions of objects are more difficult to mount and to circulate than those involving flat art.
